1. Introduction
Welcome to Mit-Robotics (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your enrollment and participation in our in-person classroom courses (“Services”) booked through “mitrobotics.pk” (the “Website”). By enrolling, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use our Services.
2. Enrollment and Eligibility
a. Registration: To enroll, you must provide accurate information (e.g., name, contact details) during registration.
b. Age Requirement: Participants must meet the minimum age specified for each course. Minors require consent from a parent/guardian.
c. Confirmation: Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment and availability verification. We reserve the right to reject enrollments.
3. Course Delivery
a. In-Person Classes: Courses are delivered at physical locations specified during enrollment. You are responsible for attending sessions as scheduled.
b. Schedule Changes: We may reschedule or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor availability, emergencies). Affected users will receive notice via [email/phone].
c. Materials: Course materials (e.g., books, handouts) are provided in person unless stated otherwise. Unauthorized sharing or reproduction is prohibited.
4. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
a. Fees: Prices are listed in Pakistan Rupees (PKR). Fees cover course access and materials unless stated otherwise.
b. Cancellations by You: Cancel at least 05 days before the course start date for a full refund. Late cancellations forfeit fees.
c. Cancellations by Us: Full refunds or rescheduling options will be offered if we cancel a course.
d. No-Shows: Failure to attend without prior notice voids refund eligibility.
5. Participant Responsibilities
a. Conduct: Follow all classroom rules and respect staff/instructors. We reserve the right to remove disruptive participants without refunds.
b. Liability: You are responsible for your safety and belongings during classes. We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages incurred on-site.
c. Health Requirements: Disclose allergies, disabilities, or health conditions affecting participation when enrolling.
6. Intellectual Property
Course materials (e.g., handouts, presentations) are owned by “MIT-Robotics” or licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them commercially without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., travel costs, lost income) arising from course cancellations, rescheduling, or technical website errors.
8. Privacy
Personal data collected during enrollment is used to deliver Services and communicate with you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Punjab, PK. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Multan.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website or Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
